At Eden Tropicals, shipping is treated as an extension of plant care. Every order is prepared with attention to structure, hydration, and stability so your plants arrive healthy, secure, and ready to settle into their new environment.
Our shipping approach is guided by one simple principle: the more established and mature a plant is, the more care, space, and protection it requires during transit. Container size helps reflect that difference and allows us to prepare each plant appropriately.
Protected Plant Shipping (Containers up to 6 Inches in Diameter)
Protected Plant Shipping is $9.95 per order for plants shipped in containers up to 6 inches in diameter.
Plants in these container sizes are typically younger or earlier in their growth cycle and can be safely shipped together using carefully designed protective materials.
This flat rate includes:

Shipping is charged once per order, not per plant. There are no additional handling or packaging fees.
Complimentary Shipping
Complimentary shipping is available on orders of $99 or more for plants shipped in containers up to 6 inches in diameter.
This offer applies automatically and reflects how Eden Tropicals collections are most often composed—intentionally, with balance and variety.
Complimentary shipping does not apply to plants shipped in larger container sizes, which require additional space, materials, and preparation during transit.
Larger Container Shipping (8–10 Inch Containers)
Plants shipped in 8–10 inch containers are typically more mature, established specimens that have required additional time, care, and cultivation.
Because of their container size and overall structure, these plants require:

Plants in these container sizes ship for a flat rate of $19.95 per plant, regardless of order total.
This rate is fixed, clearly stated, and based solely on container size and shipping requirements—not plant category or design designation.
Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Each plant is individually inspected, hydrated, and prepared to ensure it meets Eden Tropicals’ quality standards before leaving our care.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery generally occurs within 2–5 business days, depending on destination.
Weather & Seasonal Care
We actively monitor weather conditions and adjust packing methods or shipping schedules when necessary to protect plant health. In cases of extreme temperatures, orders may be held briefly to ensure safe delivery.

Live Plant Arrival Guarantee
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the plant and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

What to Expect Upon Arrival
Live plants naturally experience a brief adjustment period during transit. Minor changes such as temporary leaf softness, slight soil movement, or subtle cosmetic shifts are normal and typically resolve as your plant settles into its new environment.
Most plants respond quickly once placed in appropriate light and given time to acclimate. We include care guidance to support a smooth transition from our nursery to your space.

Returns
We do not accept traditional returns on live plants. All concerns related to shipping or arrival condition are reviewed individually and handled with care.
